With faucet foundation and gasket seated about mounting hole, go ahead and take mounting washer and slide it between mounting area and spacer (if spacer isn't being used, slide amongst flat washer and mounting floor) holding in line with threaded copper tube. Tighten mounting nut in order that fauce
